Return and Refund Policy

At PeaceStepsCo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, this Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and how to request a return or refund.


1. Returns

You have the right to return most items within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Exclusions:

  • Personalized or customized products (e.g., engraved or custom-made items).

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us via email at peacestepsco.contact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Provide a description and photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us. PeaceStepsCo is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


7. Legal Rights

This Return and Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under French and EU consumer protection law. You may have additional rights depending on your location, including the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item and receive a refund, including standard shipping costs.
